CRUNCH TIME
Time to vent...today is November 30th. My last final before Christmas break is December 9th. Between now and then, my life will be nearly sleepless. Let me outline what is in store for me:
Today- history term paper due & studio deadline
Tuesday- structures homework "due"
Wednesday- Materials & Methods final exam, studio model "due"
Friday- presentation day for studio
Monday- Presentation of Ronchamp Model for Materials and Methods
Tuesday- 7:30 Architecture History Final Exam
Wednesday- Structures Final Exam
Oh yeah, and on top of that, BOTH of my versions of AutoCAD decided to quit working.
My Life be like….
SUPER busy. We have a project due in less than a week. That means crunch time. I don't time to write a full blog, but here's a quickie...
I have a checklist of things that I need to do with my board (presentation board, 30" tall, 80" long). Here it is:
- add shadow to drawings
- label wall sections
- draw new wall section (of picnic area)
- add handrails to all drawings
- make an actual roof plan (aerial view)
- fix shingles & plywood in wall section
- fix lineweight on site plans
- finish long section
- finish sketchup model & render
- fis transverse section (man, window, hatch)
- make leed boxes
- correct roof thickness on all drawings
- put north arrows on all plans
- line weight on wall (window) section
- get material swatch finished
- label small site plan (woodlands, savanna, etc)
- floorplan: fix doors, plumbing LW, handrails, counters in kitchen, shelves in library, section/elevation markers.
So yep, I have my work cut out for me. Here's a preview of my board (zoomed way out).

project1eight - Don't Judge, Invite! from Jeremy Bunner on Vimeo.
I found a video online that talked about not judging people based on what they looked like. I took this idea and turned it into a promotional video for project1eight, a campus ministry at LSU. I shot all of the video on campus with a Canon Rebel T1i (500D) and edited it in iMovie. The two songs played are Desolate Earth by UnderOath and Hero by Skillet.
erm..a quick note
I am in the process of finding a new theme, one that works better for photos (and still looks nice). With that being said, please excuse me if things overlap and/or look funky.
If you know of a good photoblog theme, feel free to leave the URL in a comment!
DIY: Burn an iso to disk on a Mac
I have been having my MacBook Pro for about a year now and I have burned several CDs and DVDs using the superdrive. However, every time, I have to look up how to do it. This may seem like a simple task for advanced Mac users, but oh well. Anyway, here's how:
- Insert a blank disk. This can be a DVD or CD depending on the size of your iso.
- Find a .iso file (I can only assume that you acquired this legally).

This is what a .iso file looks like
- Open "Disk Utility." (cmd+space, type "disk utility" and it should come up)

Easy as pie
- Click File, and then "Open Disk Image."Find your .iso file and click "open."

File >> Open Disk Image
- It will appear in the left-hand column. Click on the first one, and then click the "burn" button.

select the .iso and click burn
And that should be it!
Olympus Evolt E-300 SOLD
So here we go...I'm selling my camera. I have been thinking about it for a while now, and I want to get a new (better) camera, and in order to do that, I have to sell this one. It's an Olympus Evolt E-300 (but you need that from the title) with a Olympus Zuiko Digital ED 40-150mm f4.0-5.6 lens. I bought the lens for around 400 from Amazon about 6-8 months ago, the lens from ebay for around 200, and some accessories to go with it (wide-angle lens, bag, filters, etc). I am selling the whole sha-bang for $400 to anyone, anywhere.
This is everything for sale.

Everything for $400
Here is a youtube video explaining exactly what I am selling.
Here are a few pictures I've taken with this camera

With the wind blowing, Kaleb was cold when he got out of the water.

Windows 7!
I just wanted to let ALL of my avid readers know that I removed WindowsXP from my MacBook Pro (MBP) and installed the Windows 7 RC on it. It works fine, so far. I will update this post as I use it more and get more "data." Here's a picture and a video, though.

O YA
