DIY: Banana Sandwich

Recently I tweeted/FB'd about a delicious sandwich I made. I got several responses, so I decided to make a post about it. You are about to learn how to create the delicious-est sandwich in the world.

First, gather your ingredients: bread, peanut butter, mayo, bananas, and cinnamon.

Second, get a plate (or napkin) and remove two slices of bread. I used Nature's Own 7 grain whole wheat bread, but you can use whatever kind you want.

Apply peanut butter.

Next, add a weeeee little bit of mayo. You do not have to lather it on there, but only put enough for the taste. And if mayo disgusts you, you do NOT have to put it on your sandwich! But I like mayo so I put it on.

Next, you take your banana, peel it, and slice it into quarters (as shown).

cut in half, and then slice longways

The next step is kinda tricky. You want all of your banana slices to fit on your sandwich, so you have to make them spoon. That is the only way I can describe how they all fit. They all spoon.

See? They spoon.

Next, sprinkle cinnamon generously onto the bananas.

This looks just like the previous picture, doesn't it..

Now, ENJOY!

When you're done, have yourself a glass of milk. Trust me, it hits the spot.

And that's it! I hope you enjoyed my little tutorial. See you next time!
